“ This is a review for Sunday Brunch while on vacation. This was the first place recommended from a local resident, and bless this dear stranger because Tin Roof Bistro was a perfect fit after a day of traveling. Our “hangery” attitudes were definitely cured. I hope this is helpful for others visiting the area. First and foremost, the service was outstanding!!! (Props to Alice for her personal compassion and kindness to our family.) Tin Roof has an upbeat, classy environment right when you enter the doors. The food was exceptional! Here’s a quick rundown of each item we ordered. Two of my kids truly enjoyed the “Chocolate and Raspberry French Toast.” When the plates came out, my first kid’s eyes were wide and he had a huge smile. He said, “I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat regular French toast again [because this was too good!] Kid 2, “It had the perfect amount of chocolate and raspberries. I liked how it was soft and a little mushy.” Kid 3 ordered “Pepe Pizza.” He says, “The crust was soft and chewy, just like it should be. It wasn’t too greasy like some places.” My wife was very happy with the “French Onion Frittata.” She says, “It had really good flavor, especially the dipping sauce for the potatoes. It was filling!” I agree because I ate her leftovers! I fully enjoyed the “Bistro Burger.” The patty had a rich, beefy flavor that was complimented by the aged cheese and mushrooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the pickled peppers and onions. Every bite was juicy and worthy of being in trouble with my wife for licking my fingers when done. I wouldn’t change anything about this burger. Lastly, if you can, don’t skip their specialty “Honey Buns.” You’ll get a soft, crispy croissant bun with the sugary goo you look forward to but with a citrusy twist. So good! ”
“ I stumbled upon this restaurant, not knowing how popular it was with the locals. Wonderful atmosphere, staff and food. Terrific service. The classic Caesar salad as fresh and light. The Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs was so perfect and melted in my mouth. I don’t normally do dessert but was convinced to try the Lemon Meringue and it did not disappoint, a very nice palate cleanser. Parking next to the restaurant is a bit cramped but here is ample parking across the street at the shopping center. They have an extensive wine list along with top shelf bourbons and whiskeys. I will definitely return the next time I am in the area. You may want to call ahead and make a reservation if you want to dine during peak hours. ”
“ We enjoy Tin Roof Bistro for anything from a quick spontaneous dinner to a special event.. excellent food and service, beautiful decor with a relaxed but very nice atmosphere. They have 2 different patio areas that are very popular on their happy hour which runs Sunday to Thursday from 2 to 6. The pizzas here are outstanding and they have a good variety of flavors to choose from.. they do a couple great burgers, and meat and fish are all solid options from steak to short rib to salmon, scallops, and a new healthy trout dish if you don't want to break the diet. Of the salads our favorite is the beet and citrus.. the dressing is perfect and the fried goat cheese fritter really gives it a great tang. The roasted chicken over a warm salad with bacon and fennel is perfectly crispy and has a great flavor. They also feature a selection of handmade pastas to round out the menu. TRB also have an extensive wine and specialty drink menu.. so whether you enjoy a lot of wine options or fun cocktails they have you covered. The service is friendly and the food comes out quickly and the quality is really good. Tin Roof Bisto is a great neighborhood ”
“ I had a fantastic dining experience at Tin Roof Bistro! The short rib with mashed potatoes was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. For dessert, I tried the lemon ricotta cake, which was the perfect balance of light and tangy. The outdoor seating provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making the evening even more enjoyable. Alice, my waitress, was outstanding—attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was perfect. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this spot for a memorable meal! ”
“ Great spot. Was easy enough to get a reservation, and we had a fantastic meal. Pizza, really nice appetizers and great dessert. Everything tasted amazing. Service was also spot on. I would definitely come here again ”
“ I would describe this as a fun, popular restaurant in the area (you should probably get reservations or show up quite early) with a great patio and a nice variety of menu items. I ate lite on this trip and had a salad and an order of spring rolls- the spring rolls are fantastic. Absolutely worth getting or sharing. The salad was nicely done, though the chicken was a bit tough. They made up for that by giving a big portion at least. I’d definitely come back. Parking isn’t too bad, friendly staff, enjoyable ambiance. We had a great meal! ”
“ Wow this place is sooooo good. I’ve had it on my to try list for awhile and we finally did to celebrate my sisters bday. So much good food to choose from and super friendly staff. The drinks were also good per my mom and the steak to share is perfect for a date night. I usually don’t do dessert because I am full but this time I tried to different chocolate cakes, finishes both! Because I’m not a quitter lol I will be going again before the end of the year ”
“ We last dined at Tin Roof Bistro back in 2021, and decided to stop by again yesterday—and we’re so glad we did. We arrived around 5:30pm and were pleasantly surprised to discover their great happy hour, so we grabbed seats at the bar to check it out. I ordered *The Wallflower* cocktail, which was perfectly balanced and delicious. My husband tried both of the spirit-free cocktails, and they were both flavorful and thoughtfully crafted—not always easy to find in non-alcoholic options! For food, we shared the Brussels sprouts, Caesar salad, and pepperoni pizza, and everything was excellent. The portions were surprisingly generous for a happy hour menu, which made it even more of a win. The guys behind the bar were extremely friendly and attentive—really welcoming and just added to the overall good vibe. It’s such a fun spot with lively energy and great food, making it an ideal place for a midweek pick-me-up. We won’t be waiting so long to come back next time! ”
